Returns Policy

P.M. Automotive Online Returns Policy.


We offer a 30 Day return policy on most items. Items must NOT have been fitted to the a vehicle and must be returned in the Manufactuer's original packaging.


Most products will be accepted for return and full refund (excluding shipping charges) providing you notify us of your request for return within 30 days of purchase.


However some exclusions do apply. We do not accept return on any electrical items or items we deem to have been fitted to a vehicle.


Items need to be returned to our Campbellfield Victoria warehouse. Address and return procedure details will be provided once you make a return request.


Items need to be returned in their original manufacturer's packaging along with a copy of the tax invoice supplied at purchase and the return authorization.


Freight or postage on a return will be at the customer's expense. We will not reimburse any shipping costs unless the item was incorrectly supplied by us.
